The industrial environment is less hectic than that of the commercial sector. However, the valuation of an industrial building is similar to that of a business. We will again use the 3 methods: cost, income and comparison. Generally market analysis will be done over a longer period (1 to 5 years).

Our farming expertise dates back several years. Our assessment is limited to agricultural sites with no income from agriculture. The market value will be determined using the cost and comparison method. In conclusion, your property will be compared with recent recent sales dating from ± 1 year.
